Re: snow white and 5 dwarves
Well first off, for EVs
252 is essentially the same as 255 in a stat. Using 252 EVs gives you an extra 4 EVs, or 1 stat point. So Magnezone could have an extra 4 EVs in HP for bulk. Just a suggestion.
Also, a brief description of what each member of the team does would help. Otherwise, there's not much to suggest since we don't exactly know what you want to do with which pokemon.

slap a Focus Sash on cloyster and you're all set for a free switch
Alakazam is a huge threat.

Re: snow white and 5 dwarves
Since you give no description, I have no idea what you would like to run, but I do have better sets for you. First off, Hail is meant to stall, not be offensive. Blizzard, ah yes, yet it is offensive, it is also used at times to chip away at the opponents' team. The momentum of Hail is to stall and chip.
First off, Tentacruel.
._. I...have nothing to say to your set :/. Just...no...just no. First off, replace Leftovers with Black Sludge. Same item more or less, just that it only works for poison types. In case of item clause, you'll want Black Sludge on Tentacruel. Tentacruel a stalling/walling/spinning pokemon paired with the weather of stall. Solution? More stall, not offensiveness. Take Surf and Blizzard out. Scald is NEEDED for the EV set you are using. For the sheer fact that you are not investing defensive EVs, any non resistant typing physical move without the person being burned WILL tear you apart. As for blizzard...it is crucial that Tentacruel is a waller not an offensive attacker like I've stated. However, Blizzard could be beneficial as it gains 100% accuracy in hail and has a chance for the annoying freeze hax. If you are thinking about removing this move, I suggest replacing it with Acid Spray, or Toxic.
Toxic
Toxic is useful for any flying types that evade the toxic spikes set up by Tentacruel. Toxic, in my opinion, is one hell of a godsend of status inflictions to stall. As badly poisoned pokemon will take more damage as more time grows, lovely for Recovery stallers.
Acid Spray
Ah...quite a lovely move for a pokemon such as Tentacruel. Like Scald, this move does NOT pack power, however, it's side effects make up for it. As it's side effect gives it a WONDROUS boost, or perhaps a degrading downfall for the opponent. This move has EXCELLENT STAB with this move along with Scald. This move will give the opponent a degrading -2SpDef on contact. Just as good as giving yourself a +2SpAtk!

Re: snow white and 5 dwarves
I like your team, just needs some tweaks (quite big improvements) but it looks ok but descriptions but make it a hell of a lot better.
Also Baka, Hail works well offensivly, just maybe not as well as something like Rain or Sun.
Abomasnow - The set looks good but maybe try a defensive set to make it last longer?
Magnezone - Nothing to say, looks good.
Tentacruel - Baka, never give Tentacruel Toxic, it's useless but acid spray is good for forcing switches etc. Also Rest may be good option for it but if you do rest you must run a cleric. I also agree with Scald > Surf.
Blaziken - Moveset looks good apart from replace Brick Break with Hi Jump Kick, Brick Break is useless. Also get rid of Life Orb. Losing 16% health every turn is just no. Replace it with Leftovers or Expert Belt or even Muscle Band.
Cloyster - GET RID OF THE DEFENCE EV'S. Cloyster needs all the offence it can get. Also give it sash so you can get a free shell smash up without worrying of getting KO'd. It's a lot better than NeverMeltIce.
Walrein - Replace Aqua Ring with Blizzard and Super Fang with Toxic or Roar. Then you are almost guaranteed to poison the opponent and be able to do good damage.
Also something that could be good for your team is a pokemon with Stealth Rocks like Mamoswine which can also work with Hail.

Re: snow white and 5 dwarves
It's true that Hail has offensive capabilities, but with a set like what he's trying to run, it's just a no. :/
As for toxic... I have no idea why I brought it up, considering it has Toxic Spikes already

Re: snow white and 5 dwarves
Maybe because of the same reason he brought it up for Walrien?
Person opinions stated below~
Abomasnow - it's not fast, and it's got about 7 weaknesses [this being off the top of my head and not counting mind you] Either invest all 508 EVs in defenses, or invest in a Choice Scarf with one attacking stat, and speed. This way you can defend or attack more proficiently, and not wait, take a huge hit, and maybe be able to hit back.
Magnezone - two different notes. A) Magneton runs better speed if you're going 252+ Nature on it. Also, I would drop Flash Cannon/Signal beam for Volt Change - Max speed means you can hit them decently, and then scout thier decision and switch out. Keeps momentum in your favor. B) This is you're notable 4th weak to fighting. I'd remove this for a ghost type to make it three weak and one immunity that you desperately need.
Tentacruel - Surf to Scald. Blizzard isn't a bad choice [ I run two attacks on my Tenta as well]. Giga Drain helps recover and gives interesting coverage. Acid Spray is good for mindgames but I wouldn't try it personally. [I have done that, with this set actually, so take that advice] Also, since you have this as your 1 of 2 pokemon taking hits, find the gen 4 ev spread. You need defences in both + hp in order to lay spikes effectively. That was a good spread that worked. It invested like 70-90 evs, I forget how many, in defense.
Blaziken - interesting choice, I see why but due to typing I see infernape being better. Simple reason is because you need to be able to hit with a wide amount of hits, against the types that hit Ice and Co. Well [rock/steel/fire] and switch out without loosing momentum. Blaziken needs to stay in longer to have momentum, Infernape doesn't.
Cloyster - Uhhh...Life Orb/Focus Sash, Find out why it's EVs are weird...and maybe drop Blizzard, it's not the best choice on that set.
walrien - Protect and Sub are needed. You don't need Aqua Ring as it's just additional healing, and you have enough to maintain subs. You should looking into Brine, Super Fang, Blizzard, Toxic, or Roar as your other moves. Usually those have the most utility.
Well, hope that helped, but don't take anything here negatively, I just have my own ideas based on experience, and also, next time add on reasons that you chose what. It's a very nice addition and helps us help you 100x more.

It's not a bad secondary alternative. That slot is for secondary moves anyway. I'm wondering if it gets Knock Off or something similar.

I'm pretty sure that it does get Knock Off, y'know, considering it has tentacles?
Brb, Lemme check

Yup, Knock Off . Learn through the process of breeding.

Re: snow white and 5 dwarves
Than a reason it might not be commonly used is due to breeding conflicts with Rapid Spin. I could definitely see myself using that move, but it's hard when you need to breed for both. Come on Dream World, give us a present!
